What types of therapy do you offer?

I offer individual, couples, family, and single-session therapy sessions, focusing on various issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I also offer monthly therapy plans.

Do you offer in-person therapy sessions?

Currently, I am exclusively offering virtual therapy sessions only via Zoom's secure video conferencing.

How can I book an appointment?

What type of payment do you accept?

E-transfer is the preferred method of payment. Contact me for more details.

Are your services covered by insurance?

Many insurance plans cover my psychotherapy services. Please check with your provider to confirm details regarding coverage and reimbursement. Contact me for more information.

Do you have sliding scale options?

Yes! I reserve a number of spots for sliding scale that range between 80-125 CAD. These spots are especially reserved for QTBIPOC folks at the receiving end of multiple, intersecting oppressions. Please email me at [email protected] to inquire further if you are eligible.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. I understand that life can be unpredictable which is why is why I have created a one time no fee cancellation. 

A cancellation fee is charged as follows:

- 1st occurrence of late cancelling: No fee
- 2nd occurrence of late canceling: 100% full session rate

What should I expect during my first session?

Our initial session will be a get-to-know-each-other type of session where we will discuss your concerns and goals to tailor a personalized treatment plan for you.
